Meet the SOUL of MURGO!
Long before MURGO had a name, it started in our home.
Like many family recipes, it began in Hannah's kitchen. She loved experimenting with flavors inspired by the meals we grew up enjoying, while making them easy to share with family and friends. Every time she made these chicken kebab burgers/lentil kebab burgers, they disappeared fast, and everyone kept asking for more.
That's when we realized something special wasn't meant to stay at our dinner table.
MURGO is our way of bringing that same feeling to the community: food made with care, recipes we'd proudly serve our own family, and flavors that make people gather around the table.
When you take a bite of a MURGO burger, you're tasting more than a recipe.
You're tasting a little piece of our home.

A story worth sharing...
For more than a decade, our family has had the privilege of serving thousands of meals on college campuses across Minnesota. Those years taught us something we'll never forget: great food has a way of bringing people together. It sparks conversations, builds friendships, and creates communities.
When it came time to create something of our own, we didn't want to make another burger.
We wanted to build one that broke the rules.
Fresh, never frozen ground chicken. Bold kebab-inspired flavors. Smashed on the grill. Served on a soft sweet potato bun with our signature sauces. A burger that America has not had before.
We're proud that the first chapter of MURGO begins at Normandale Community College. A place full of dreamers, creators, and future leaders feels like the perfect place for a new idea to grow.
As MURGO grows into new communities, one thing will never change.
We'll keep serving food with heart, welcoming people like family, and staying true to the belief we've carried with us for years:
